Our Services

Services offered through the Site are NOT health insurance benefits or policies and are not intended as a substitute for health insurance. By ordering from coreagerx.com you agree that you may not submit a claim for telemedicine services provided to Medicare, any other federal payor, or any state or private payor.

While there may be a preferred pharmacy used, patient has the ability to direct their prescription to any pharmacy of their choosing. Please email support@coreagerx.com if you would like to use your own pharmacy before completing your order.

There is no guarantee that a patient will be treated by a provider. As determined by the provider, care or specific treatments may not be appropriate for each patient. Each provider reserves the right to deny care for potential misuse of services or for any other reason if, in the professional judgment of the provider, the provision of services is not medically or ethically appropriate. There is no guarantee that a patient will be issued a prescription and that the decision of whether a prescription is appropriate will be made in the professional judgment of the provider.

Payments, Billing & Refunds

By submitting an order through the Site, you authorize CoreAge Rx and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amounts displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Your payment covers access to our telehealth platform, including but not limited to: review of your information by licensed providers, medical intake processing, messaging with providers, prescription evaluation, care coordination, and, where appropriate in the provider’s professional judgment, the issuance of prescriptions and coordination with a dispensing pharmacy. Payment is not a guarantee that any particular medication, dosage, or treatment will be prescribed.

You may cancel your order before a provider has completed their clinical review and before your prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy by contacting support@coreagerx.com. Once a provider has completed their review and/or a prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy for dispensing, your order is considered in fulfillment and is generally not eligible for refund, except as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Orders Pending Intake: Some Services require you to complete a medical intake form or provide additional information. If you do not complete the required intake, your order may remain on hold. In these cases, you remain eligible to receive Services for a limited period by completing the required intake.

30-Day Order Finalization: To ensure fair compensation for professional services already rendered, any order that remains active more than 30 days from the original purchase date may be treated as completed medical services (provider availability, intake processing, and care coordination), even if medication has not yet shipped due to your failure to complete required intake or other patient-side actions. In such cases, no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law or as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

The full details of our refund and return practices are described in our Returns & Refund Policy, located at coreagerx.com/returns-refund-policy, which is expressly incorporated into these Terms of Use.
